2016 ForBio Annual Meeting - Keynotes

We have the pleasure to announce our keynote speakers for this year’s ForBio Annual Meeting to be held in Trondheim, 25-27 April, and the title of their contributions.

Andreas Hjenol, Sars International Centre for Marine Molecular Biology: ‘Xenoturbella and Acoelomorpha and their role in understanding the evolution of animal diversity

Mike Martin, NTNU University Museum: ‘Museum and herbarium collections as genomic repositories

Catarina Rydin, Bergius Botanic Garden, Stockholm: ‘Macroevolution in old clades: structure, function, moonlight pollination and more

Alfried Vogler, Imperial College London: title to be announced.

We have also received some very exciting contributions from ForBio members and associates, ensuring a very interesting and stimulating meeting.  

We would like to remind you that March 1st is the deadline for registration and submitting abstracts to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you in Trondheim!
