The elephant in the room: Ecological and Evolutionary implications of cryptic species

The Natural History Museum in Oslo is organising the symposium: "The elephant in the room: Ecological and Evolutionary implications of cryptic species" on June 13th.

Invited speakers include Sarah Samadi, Gene Hunt and Jeffrey Feder. For more information download the flyer, and for registration click here.

Cryptic species are considered a taxonomic challenge for many biologists. Nevertheless, some species-groups demonstrate a low degree of morphological differentiation despite a high degree of genetic divergence among them. We would like to invite you to this symposium which aims to provide a platform for discussing these biological questions.
