ForBio course: Introduction course R – basic use of the software package for biodiversity studies

This course is a brief introduction to the R environment for participants in the ForBio course Biogeography for systematists.

This course is a short introduction to the R environment, useful for people who want to get to know R and learn about its applicability to their biodiversity projects or who need to refresh their knowledge in preparation to the ForBio course on biogeography for systematists. It includes a basic introduction and practical application of the R-language, import of data, subsets of data, plotting, randomization. Please find more information about the course here.
